The brief

Browsing, finding and applying for jobs is a drawn-out process for candidates. ECOM wanted to make life easier for them to hear about the most relevant roles through a tailored iPhone app.

The end result

ECOM can now offer their candidates a unique tool within their sector, putting their commitment to user-centric recruiting literally in the candidates’ hands. Although only in its first phase, the app is already proving its usefulness as a product, successfully extending the brand across multiple platforms.

Our approach

Following on from the mobile-optimised site Everywhere had previously developed for ECOM, we focused on creating an app that would grow with developing demand and functionality. Special attention was given to creating customisable tools that really benefit candidates at all stages of the job-hunting process, as well as adding value to ECOM’s business by making it easier to connect candidates with roles.
