Making a digital recruitment brand playful online and off.
The brief
Leading digital recruitment agency Ecom wanted a new brand identity and website that reflects their likeable personality.
The end result
The website brings to life a bright, friendly world populated by offbeat characters who help you find the perfect job or candidate. Built to be dynamic and flexible, it’s simple for Ecom to update with new jobs as well as being fun to explore. We commissioned brilliant illustrator James Joyce to create the landscape and its lovable inhabitants – who went on to feature on the walls of Ecom’s offices.
Our approach
Everywhere grasped the opportunity to present a friendlier, trustworthy face for Ecom, so our idea was to create a playful world online where candidates and clients could happily browse jobs and services, relating to Ecom as more than just another recruiter.
