Going beyond the brief to add value online for a major label’s new publishing division.
The brief
EMI Music had commissioned artist James Joyce to illustrate a series of cards explaining the 8 divisions of their new Publishing arm, and approached Everywhere to make these accessible online.
Our approach
James Joyce’s illustrations sit alongside an integrated audio player, customisable for each area of the site, which puts music at the heart of the experience – fittingly for a music brand aimed at music-lovers. For the greatest flexibility, the site is content-managed by the client. The full artist roster is also available to browse and explore on the new site.
The end result
The elegant Flash site allows for graceful navigation of the works, while the expanding typographic menu lends a complimentary, sophisticated aesthetic.
